As stated earlier there was asbestos found on the 6th and 7th floors.  Since that update, Bouwer Group has finished the abatement and sent their completion information to the State of Illinois.  We should receive a copy of that Certificate of Completion in the next week or so.

Our Public adjuster has had the hygienist come in, to test the building.  We haven’t received the results yet.  

Also, we have posted a notice from Globe, the public adjuster, regarding the testing for smoke in each homeowner’s unit and the common areas.
