Regarding the 1A Board of Directors
We the People ...
Somewhere that term has been diminished.
It seems like everywhere homeowners turn; “they” are fighting for their rights as an association, and management is overstepping “their” boundaries. "SMH"

It has come to the attention of the Homeowners, that within the 1A Declaration (Article V 4(b) Annual meeting)
"There shall be an annual meeting on first Tuesday of March, or at such other reasonable time or date (not more than 30 days before or after such date) as may be designated by written notice of the Board delivered to the voting members (Homeowners)"
Well... Another Transparency Concern
April 6, 2023 was not only the 30th Day Deadline for the Annual Meeting (which should have included this year's Election) but more importantly the homeowners did not receive written notice requesting an extension.

Without an Annual Meeting, Election and Written Notice requesting an extension (as stated in the Declaration) creates an illegal issue for us all.

Simply speaking... The 1A Homeowners no longer has proper representation until The New Board has a quorum. Just Absolutely Ridiculous!
